The Role of Jordanian Universities in Supporting Education Requirements from the Perspectives of the Students
The current study aims to identify the role of Jordanian universities in supporting education requirements, from perspectives of the students. The study is applied to a random sample consisting of (200) male and female students from Mut'ah University, within the program of Business Entrepreneurship for the academic year 2019-2020. The questionnaire is used to collect study data. The questionnaire includes four dimensions: (leadership and management support, human resources, entrepreneurship culture promotion, organizational requirements), and its validity and stability indicators were verified. The results of the study show:
The role of Jordanian universities in supporting education requirements is medium. At the level of domain, the "entrepreneurship culture" comes first, with a high degree, followed by "leadership and management support", with a high degree, and the third "human resources", with a medium degree, and in fourth place is the "organizational requirements" with a medium degree.
There is no statistically significant differences in students 'estimates of the role of Jordanian universities in supporting education requirements attributed to the variables of gender, but there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of scientific faculties.
