Developing Faculties of Education In Jordan Universities In Terms of Business Reengineering from Faculty Members' Point of View

Abstract:
This study aimed to develop educational faculties in Jordan Universities in terms of business reengineering from faculty members' point of view. Descriptive analysis was adopted. The study sample was selected randomly consisting of 4 universities: (Al al-Bayt University, Al- Hussein Bin Talal University, Zarqa University, Al- Isra University). The study sample also consisted of 115 faculty members, and a questioner of 36 items was adopted to achieve the study aims. The results showed that the respect of business reengineering among faculty members was at the middle. According to the results new methods was suggested to develop Faculties of Education in Jordan Universities in terms of business reengineering. The study recommends adopting these new methods to develop Faculties of Education.
