The Degree of Effectiveness of the Application of Total Quality Management in the Center of the Jordanian Ministry of Education from the Point of View of Its Employees

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of the application of total quality management in the center of the Jordanian Ministry of Education from the point of view of its employees and to detect whether there are statistically significant differences in the degree of application of total quality management due to the variables of gender, educational qualification and years of experience. The descriptive approach was used, and to collect the study data, a questionnaire consisting of (24) items was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The study sample consisted of (306) male and female employees. With a percentage of (20%) of the total study population, they were selected using the random stratified method. The results of the study indicated that the degree of effectiveness of the application of total quality management in the center of the Jordanian Ministry of Education from the perspective of employees was medium. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences when Significance level (α = 0.05) between the averages of the study sample's estimates of the degree of effectiveness of applying total quality management in the Jordanian Ministry of Education center due to the variables of gender, educational qualification and years of experience for the total degree. In light of the results, the study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Organizing training courses and workshops for employees at the Ministry of Education Center in the field of total quality management. And work to qualify the administrative staff in the center of the Ministry of Education through scholarships to complete postgraduate studies Keywords: Reflection, Art, and Contemporary.
