Abstract:

This study aims to develop a proposed educational perspective for Jordanian universities to foster a culture of quality. The study adopted a descriptive approach, proposing an educational framework to enhance the role of Jordanian universities in promoting a culture of quality. This framework focuses on activating the roles of university staff, involving them in the development of strategic plans and objectives, aligning work strategies with quality systems, using performance standards and indicators to evaluate and improve performance, and utilizing continuous feedback to ensure the achievement of a quality culture. The ultimate goal is to achieve high-quality educational outcomes, which represent the core of the educational services provided to students. The study also outlined the framework's definition, philosophy, objectives, fundamental principles, areas of focus, components, and mechanisms for its successful implementation. In light of the results, the study recommended adopting the proposed educational perspective for Jordanian universities to address the challenges and difficulties they face in developing a quality culture. It also recommended conducting training courses to raise awareness among Jordanian university employees about developing a quality culture to achieve high levels of quality in the educational services provided and a competitive advantage for Jordanian universities.
