Abstract
Universities are the reason of the development and the progress of society. In the current era, different challenges are facing universities to improve their performance and achieve excellence. Therefore, the current research aims at identifying excellence in terms of concepts, dimensions, and methods of achieving it. Furthermore, this research provids some recommendations to achieve institutional excellence.
